- Boil the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In the same pan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the onion and garlic, sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the chicken pieces, cooking until they turn golden brown.
- Pour in the heavy cream, chicken broth, and season with Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Fold in the cooked pasta, combining well to coat in that delicious sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a splash of lemon juice before serving. This pasta will keep well in the fridge for up to 3–4 days. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
