Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, thyme, oregano, and paprika.
  4. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook until browned on both sides, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. Pour in the chicken broth, cover, and let simmer for about 15 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Remove the chicken and set aside.
  7. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  8. Return the chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  9. Serve the chicken over rice or pasta, garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

This dish keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. It can be frozen for up to 3 months. To reheat, thaw in the fridge overnight and warm gently on the stove.
