Ingredients
  

For the chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts Boneless and skinless
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced For flavor
  • 1 cup chicken broth Low sodium recommended
  • 1 cup grated cheese (e.g., Parmesan or cheddar) Use your favorite cheese
  • 1 teaspoon dried herbs (e.g., thyme or basil) Season to taste

Method
 

Cooking
  1. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook the chicken breasts until golden and cooked through. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  2. In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the chicken broth, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet for extra flavor.
  4. Add the heavy cream, cheese, and dried herbs. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Return the chicken to the skillet and let it simmer for a few more minutes.
  7. Serve over pasta or rice and enjoy your culinary masterpiece!

Notes

For a unique twist, try using turkey or tofu instead of chicken, and feel free to add veggies like spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra nutrition.
