- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous layer of the filling evenly over it, leaving a small border around the edges.
- Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, pressing gently to secure. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Place the rolled tortillas in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
- After chilling, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
- Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.
Notes
These pinwheels can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. You can also keep the rolled tortillas in the fridge before slicing for meal prepping. Feel free to add any herbs or spices you love for added flavor.
