For the Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened Let it sit out to soften for easier mixing.
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
Wrap Ingredients
  • 4 large flour tortillas (8-10 inches)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish) Add for an extra touch of flavor and decoration.

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, crumbled feta cheese, dried cranberries, chopped green onions, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  2. Lay out a tortilla and spread a generous layer of the filling evenly over it, leaving a small border around the edges.
  3. Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other, pressing gently to secure. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
  4. Place the rolled tortillas in the fridge for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. After chilling, slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels.
  6. Arrange the pinwheels on a platter and garnish with chopped fresh parsley, if desired.

Notes

These pinwheels can be stored in the fridge for about 3-4 days. You can also keep the rolled tortillas in the fridge before slicing for meal prepping. Feel free to add any herbs or spices you love for added flavor.
