  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken Feel free to use store-bought rotisserie chicken.
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a healthier option.
  • 1 cup ranch dressing Any brand of ranch dressing works well.
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Can use pepper jack or mozzarella for different flavors.
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled Cook and crumble the bacon for best results.
  • 12 pieces Hawaiian sweet rolls These provide a sweet and fluffy base.
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted Brush over rolls for added flavor and crispiness.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder Enhances the overall flavor of the sliders.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cream cheese, ranch dressing, cheddar cheese, and crumbled bacon until well combined.
  3. Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the rolls.
  5. Place the top halves of the rolls on top of the mixture.
  6. Brush the melted butter over the tops of the rolls and sprinkle with garlic powder.
Baking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sliders are heated through and the tops are golden.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for 3-4 days or freeze for up to a month. Reheat by baking at 350°F until warmed through.
