Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
 - In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
 - Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and scramble until just set. Set aside.
 - In the same skillet, cook bacon slices over medium-high heat until crispy. Cut each slice into 4 pieces and set aside.
 - Without separating, cut the entire loaf of Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in the prepared baking dish.
 - Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on the bottom of the rolls. Layer with scrambled eggs and bacon slices, then top with the remaining cheese. Place the top buns over the cheese.
 - In a small bowl, combine melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
 
Baking
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the rolls are warm.
 
Notes
These sliders are great for breakfast, brunch, or even as a midnight snack. Serve with fresh fruit or crispy hash browns.
