Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 8 large large eggs
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon butter (for scrambling) Melt before adding eggs to the skillet.
  • 1 lb bacon Cook until crispy.
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter For brushing the tops.
  • 1 tablespoon ranch dressing mix Adds flavor.
  • 1 package (12 oz) Hawaiian rolls Do not separate before cutting.
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the egg mixture and scramble until just set. Set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, cook bacon slices over medium-high heat until crispy. Cut each slice into 4 pieces and set aside.
  5. Without separating, cut the entire loaf of Hawaiian rolls horizontally and place the bottoms in the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of cheese on the bottom of the rolls. Layer with scrambled eggs and bacon slices, then top with the remaining cheese. Place the top buns over the cheese.
  7. In a small bowl, combine melted butter and ranch dressing mix. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls.
Baking
  1. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese melts and the rolls are warm.

Notes

These sliders are great for breakfast, brunch, or even as a midnight snack. Serve with fresh fruit or crispy hash browns.
