Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in the hash browns, cooked bacon, and shredded cheese until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing.
- Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Freeze individual slices for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm.
