  • 1 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or your choice
  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 cups frozen hash browns
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove and chop into pieces.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stir in the hash browns, cooked bacon, and shredded cheese until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
  2. Let it cool slightly before slicing.
  3. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3-4 days. Freeze individual slices for up to 2 months. Reheat in the microwave or oven until warm.
