Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the point.
Baking
- Place the bites seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
