Ingredients

For the filling
  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 1 cup cooked crab meat (lump or flaked)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 tablespoons green onion (finely chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish - optional)

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine crab meat, softened cream cheese, green onion, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Unroll crescent dough and separate into triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of the crab mixture onto the wide end of each triangle and roll it up towards the point.
Baking
  1. Place the bites seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown.
  2. Optionally, sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Serve warm for the best experience, with dipping sauces like cocktail sauce or ranch. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 2-3 days. Reheat in the oven for optimal crispiness.
