- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in the parsley, chives, smoked paprika, and salt and pepper.
- Toss in the chicken pieces and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
- Coat those chicken bites in the cowboy butter sauce and serve warm.
Notes
For best flavor, don't skip toasting the garlic and feel free to adjust seasonings according to taste. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
