  • 4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the butter, minced garlic, parsley, thyme, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the butter mixture all over the chicken breasts.
  4. Place the coated chicken breasts in a baking dish.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  2. Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken in the butter mixture for a few hours or overnight. Add a pinch of cayenne for heat if desired. You can also add parmesan on top before baking for a cheesy twist.
