  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Sear the chicken on both sides until browned (about 3-4 minutes per side).
  5. Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour BBQ sauce over the top.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon and shredded cheddar cheese on top of the chicken.
Cooking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is bubbly.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy!
