Preparation
- In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
- Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, spreading it into a thin, even layer.
Cooking
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden.
- Carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serving
- Allow the wraps to cool slightly before using them as desired.
Notes
To store, refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month. Use parchment paper in between wraps to prevent sticking. Reheat in a skillet for the best texture.
