  • 2 large eggs For a vegan version, substitute with a flaxseed mix.
  • 1/4 cup almond flour Can be substituted with oat flour or regular flour.
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt Adjust to taste.
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder Provides savory flavor.
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder Enhances flavor profile.
  • as needed spray or oil Cooking spray or oil For greasing the skillet.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, eggs, almond flour, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Blend until smooth.
  2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil.
  3. Pour a small amount of the batter into the skillet, spreading it into a thin, even layer.
Cooking
  1. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the edges lift and the bottom is golden.
  2. Carefully flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.
  3. Repeat with the remaining batter.
Serving
  1. Allow the wraps to cool slightly before using them as desired.

Notes

To store, refrigerate for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month. Use parchment paper in between wraps to prevent sticking. Reheat in a skillet for the best texture.
