  • 1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese Try cheddar or provolone for variety.
  • 1 Large Egg Use a flax or chia egg for vegan version.
  • ¼ cup Almond Flour Swap with oat flour for a nut-free option.
Seasoning
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder Optional for added flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, and almond flour.
  3. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you have a cohesive mixture.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and shape them into balls or small bites.
  5. Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them with parchment paper to prevent sticking, and reheat in the oven for about 10 minutes.
