- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg, and almond flour.
- Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until you have a cohesive mixture.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions and shape them into balls or small bites.
- Place them on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days. For longer storage, freeze them with parchment paper to prevent sticking, and reheat in the oven for about 10 minutes.
