Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a small baking dish.
  3. In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Baking
  1. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  2. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
