- Add the cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
Baking
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until the edges are set but the center remains soft.
- Let cool slightly, then serve warm to enjoy that ooey-gooey lava effect.
Notes
For serving, try drizzling warm chocolate sauce, a dollop of whipped cream, or pairing with fresh berries. Keep in an airtight container for 3-4 days in the fridge or freeze for up to 3 months.
