  • 1 cup marinara sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup cooked pasta your choice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Heat a drizzle of olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken breasts, seasoned with salt and pepper, cooking until golden and cooked through (about 6-8 minutes per side).
  3. Once the chicken is done, slice it up and return it to the pan.
  4. Stir in the marinara sauce along with the cooked pasta and Italian seasoning.
  5. Dollop cottage cheese over the mixture, stirring gently until combined.
  6. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, cover the pan, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.

Notes
