  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • Olive oil spray For greasing the baking dish

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly spray an 8×8-inch baking dish with olive oil.
  2. In a blender, combine cottage cheese, Parmesan, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Blend for 30–45 seconds until smooth.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in the baking dish and pour the blended sauce over, coating each piece.
Cooking
  1. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the sauce is bubbling.
  2. Let the dish rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  1. Garnish with fresh parsley or chives if desired.
