- In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
- Add corn, cheddar cheese, diced red bell pepper, chopped green onions, and optional jalapeños and mix well.
- Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, along with salt and pepper, and stir until everything is well combined.
- Transfer the dip to a serving dish and chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For a variation, you could swap red bell pepper with diced tomatoes or black beans. To warm it up, heat in a skillet for a gooey version.
