Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
- In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract and a few drops of blue food coloring (if you're feeling fun!).
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and crushed chocolate chip cookies.
Baking
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.
Notes
For a chewier texture, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking. Store cookies at room temperature for a week or freeze for up to three months.
