Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Blue food coloring (optional)
Mix-Ins
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips
  • 1 cup crushed Oreos
  • 1 cup crushed chocolate chip cookies

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In another large bowl, cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs one at a time, stirring in the vanilla extract and a few drops of blue food coloring (if you're feeling fun!).
  5. Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  6. Fold in the white chocolate chips, dark chocolate chips, crushed Oreos, and crushed chocolate chip cookies.
Baking
  1. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
  3. Allow to cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

Notes

For a chewier texture, chill the dough for about 30 minutes before baking. Store cookies at room temperature for a week or freeze for up to three months.
