Ingredients
  

Dip Ingredients
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup chopped fresh veggies (carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, etc.)
  • ¼ cup shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh herbs (like dill or parsley) Reserve some for garnish
Serving
  • 1 handful crackers or veggies for serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  2. Stir in the ranch seasoning mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Fold in chopped fresh veggies, shredded cheese, and fresh herbs.
  4. Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to let those flavors mingle.
Serving
  1. Serve with a side of crackers or fresh veggie sticks.

Notes

The dip can be made ahead of time and stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days.
