Ingredients
  

Coconut Dome Filling
  • 2 cups shredded coconut
  • 1 cup condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup dark chocolate Melted for coating

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, condensed milk, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well blended.
  2. Use your hands to mold the mixture into dome shapes and place them on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Freeze the domes for about 30 minutes, or until they’re firm to the touch.
Coating
  1. While the domes chill, melt the dark chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Dip each coconut dome into the melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off before placing them back on the tray.
  3. Pop them back in the freezer for about 15 minutes for the chocolate to set.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to five days. For longer storage, freeze and thaw overnight in the fridge.
