  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk for soaking breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, soak the breadcrumbs in milk for about 10 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, Parmesan cheese, soaked breadcrumbs, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, egg, salt, and pepper.
  4. Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
Cooking
  1. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  2. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes or until cooked through.

Notes

These meatballs can be stored in the fridge for 3-4 days or in the freezer for up to 3 months. Reheat in the microwave or skillet for the best flavor.
