Baking
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- In a small bowl, mix the granulated sugar and cinnamon for the topping, then sprinkle it evenly over the blondie batter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing into squares and serving.
