Ingredients
  

Salad Base
  • 4 cups Fresh spinach Washed and dried
  • 1 cup Tart cranberries Fresh or dried
  • 1/2 cup Crunchy almonds Slivered or chopped
  • 1/2 cup Creamy feta cheese Crumble before adding
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup Balsamic vinaigrette Drizzle just before serving

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the fresh spinach, tart cranberries, and crunchy almonds.
  2. Crumble feta cheese on top of the salad.
  3. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette just before serving.
  4. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately for maximum crunch.

Notes

For added flavors, toast the almonds beforehand. Serve the dressing on the side if prepping in advance to maintain crispness. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
