Ingredients

For the Clusters
  • 1.5 cups chopped strawberries Fresh strawberries, chopped small for even distribution.
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt Can substitute with dairy-free yogurt for vegan.
  • 1 tbsp honey Swap with agave syrup for a vegan option.
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract Adds flavor to the yogurt mixture.
For the Chocolate Coating
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips Can substitute with white chocolate for a different flavor.
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil Helps to create a smooth melting chocolate.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped strawberries, plain Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
  2. Scoop about 2 tablespoons of the yogurt mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet to form clusters, aiming for about 10 clusters.
Freezing
  1. Freeze the baking sheet with the yogurt clusters until completely solid, about 1-2 hours.
Chocolate Coating
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 15 to 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
  2. Remove the frozen yogurt clusters from the freezer and dunk each one into the melted chocolate using a spoon for an even coat.
  3. Place the coated clusters back on the prepared baking sheet and optionally sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top.
  4. Freeze for a few more minutes to harden the chocolate, then enjoy!

Notes

Store clusters in the freezer for up to a month in an airtight container. Allow to sit for a minute before enjoying.
