- Wash and dry the strawberries thoroughly.
- Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave or double boiler until smooth.
- Dip each strawberry into the melted milk chocolate, ensuring it’s well-coated.
- Place the dipped strawberries on parchment paper.
- Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the chocolate-dipped strawberries.
- Let the chocolate set in the fridge before serving.
Notes
These chocolate-dipped strawberries can be stored in the fridge for up to 48 hours in an airtight container. They do not freeze well. For additional flavor, try adding a pinch of sea salt or crushed nuts before the chocolate sets.
