Fresh Strawberries
  • 1 pint Fresh strawberries Choose ripe and fresh berries.
Chocolate
  • 8 ounces Milk chocolate Melt in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
  • 4 ounces White chocolate For drizzling over dipped strawberries.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash and dry the fresh strawberries completely.
  2. Melt the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl or double boiler.
Dipping and Setting
  1. Dip each strawberry into the melted milk chocolate until fully coated.
  2. Place the dipped strawberries on a parchment-lined tray.
  3. Melt the white chocolate and drizzle it over the dipped strawberries.
  4. Let the chocolate set at room temperature or refrigerate before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Avoid freezing. Experiment with different toppings like crushed cookies or nuts.
