Baking
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
- In another bowl, mix together the milk, melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
- Sprinkle the dough with cinnamon, crushed chocolate cookies, and mini chocolate chips.
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice it into rolls.
- Place the rolls on a greased baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- For the icing, beat together the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and a bit of milk until smooth.
- Drizzle the icing over the warm rolls and top with extra crushed chocolate cookies.
