Ingredients
  

Pasta and Prawns
  • 200 g pasta Any type of pasta can be used.
  • 300 g prawns, peeled and deveined Fresh or frozen prawns, thawed before cooking.
Flavor Enhancers
  • 3 tablespoons chili-infused olive oil Adjust spice level according to preference.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced Fresh garlic for best flavor.
  • 1 whole lemon, juiced Fresh lemon juice enhances flavor.
  • Fresh parsley, chopped For garnish and added freshness.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Adjust seasoning to preference.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cooking the Prawns
  1. In a large skillet, heat the chili-infused olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Toss in the prawns and cook until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir in the cooked pasta and lemon juice, mixing well to combine.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Pasta can be stored in the fridge for 2-3 days. Reheat on the stove or in the microwave. Consider adding vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for extra nutrition.
