Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, mayonnaise, celery, grapes, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Roll out puff pastry sheets and cut into small squares.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken salad mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the pastry over and seal the edges.
Baking
- Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
Serving
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
These are great for appetizers at parties or brunch. Pair with a light salad or veggies, and a dipping sauce like ranch or vinaigrette is recommended. For storage, keep in an airtight container in the fridge and reheat in the oven for a few minutes to regain crispness.
