- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, chili powder, cayenne pepper, honey, lime juice, and some salt and pepper to create the marinade.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them soak for at least 30 minutes.
Cooking
- Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked through.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Chicken Diablo keeps well in the fridge for 3-4 days. For longer storage, it freezes beautifully for up to 3 months. Reheat on stove or microwave at low heat to avoid rubbery chicken.
