  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

For Topping
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • Pizza dough store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions provided with your pizza dough.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to season it well.
  3. Press the seasoned chicken mixture into a pizza shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating a crust.
Baking
  1. Place the chicken crust in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
  2. Remove the crust from the oven and spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the top.
  3. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the dressing, then arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top. Finish with the grated Parmesan cheese.
  4. Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Once done, take the pizza out of the oven and generously top it with chopped Romaine lettuce.
  6. Let it cool slightly, then slice your Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza and serve while the cheese is still warm and gooey.
