Preparation
- Preheat the oven according to the instructions provided with your pizza dough.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to season it well.
- Press the seasoned chicken mixture into a pizza shape on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, creating a crust.
Baking
- Place the chicken crust in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the Caesar dressing evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the dressing, then arrange the halved cherry tomatoes on top. Finish with the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Once done, take the pizza out of the oven and generously top it with chopped Romaine lettuce.
- Let it cool slightly, then slice your Chicken Caesar Salad Pizza and serve while the cheese is still warm and gooey.
Notes
For a crispier crust, allow the chicken to bake longer before adding toppings. Personalize your toppings with olives or crispy bacon for extra flavor.
