  • 1 cup cooked chicken, diced Leftover rotisserie chicken can be used.
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Fresh romaine works best.
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated For a cheesy flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Caesar dressing Add more for creaminess if desired.
  • Salt and pepper to taste Taste the dressing first to adjust seasoning.
  • Croutons (optional) Add for crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, and chopped romaine lettuce.
  2. Add the Caesar dressing and toss until everything is well coated.
  3. Stir in the Parmesan cheese and season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. If desired, add croutons for extra crunch.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

Feel free to customize with cherry tomatoes or olives for extra flavor. Keep croutons separate until serving to maintain their crunch.
