  • 1 cup ranch dressing Alternative: A mix of mayo, buttermilk, and herbs.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Gouda or pepper jack can be used for a twist.
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped Garnish for added flavor and color.
  • Salt and pepper To taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, combine the cooked chicken, crumbled bacon, and ranch dressing over medium heat.
  3. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and mix until well combined.
  4. Stir in the shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
  5. Continue cooking until the cheese is melted.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Serve warm.

Notes

Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. Reheat with a splash of water or milk to restore creaminess. Consider adding steamed broccoli or spinach for extra nutrients.
