  • 1 cup Flax Seeds
  • 1 cup Chia Seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower Seeds (optional) Optional for extra texture
  • 1/2 cup Pumpkin Seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Water Adjust as necessary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder (optional) For additional flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder (optional) For additional flavor

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine flax seeds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
  3. Add olive oil, water, salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well until everything is combined.
  4. Let the mixture sit for about 15 minutes until it thickens and becomes gel-like.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet, about 1/8 inch thick.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges start to brown.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool. Then, break into desired cracker sizes.

Notes

For best texture, let the mixture sit before baking. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks, or fridge/freezer for longer freshness.
