Ingredients
  

Dough and Filling
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
Garlic Butter Mixture
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • to taste Salt and pepper
Dipping Sauce
  • Marinara sauce Marinara sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a small amount of mozzarella cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over the cheese to form a ball and pinch the edges to seal.
  5. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Garlic Butter Application
  1. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the garlic herb butter over the rolls.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
  2. Remove from the oven and serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

If you manage to have leftovers, store these in an airtight container for up to 3 days in the fridge. You can also freeze them for up to 2 months.
