Cooking Procedure
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in shredded chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until heated through.
- Place tortillas on a clean surface, and divide the chicken mixture among them.
- Top each wrap with shredded cheese.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly to form wraps.
- Place the wraps seam-side down in the skillet and cook over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Slice the wraps in half, garnish with parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
These wraps are best enjoyed fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to a month. Reheat in a skillet or microwave before serving.
