  • 4 pieces low carb tortillas or wraps Whole grain or spinach tortillas can be substituted.
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil For sautéing the garlic.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Adjust according to preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken, mixing well, and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in the shredded cheese until melted.
  5. Lay out the low carb tortillas and fill each with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  6. Wrap them up tightly and serve immediately.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired.

Notes

These wraps keep well in the fridge for about 3 days. For freezing, ensure they are well-wrapped and thaw before reheating.
