- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed garlic, cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and season with salt and pepper.
- Place a portion of the chicken mixture on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the wraps are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
Timing is key: Make sure to shred the chicken beforehand to speed things up! For extra crunch, throw in chopped veggies like bell peppers or spinach with the chicken. Feel free to swap garlic for onion powder if garlic isn’t your preference.
