Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
- Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla, spreading it out but leaving space at the edges.
- If desired, add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.
Cooking
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam side down in the skillet and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.
Notes
These wraps keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Serve with sides like sour cream, salsa, or avocado.
