Ingredients
  

Chicken Mixture
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded Use rotisserie chicken for quicker preparation.
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella) Feel free to swap in your favorite cheese.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Can substitute with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced The garlic is key for flavor.
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Wrap
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded (optional)
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes (optional)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, minced garlic, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until everything is combined.
  2. Lay out tortillas on a flat surface. Spoon the chicken mixture evenly onto each tortilla, spreading it out but leaving space at the edges.
  3. If desired, add shredded lettuce and diced tomatoes on top of the chicken mixture.
  4. Roll each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go, to form a wrap.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat. Place wraps seam side down in the skillet and grill for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown and heated through.
  2. Remove from skillet, slice in half if desired, and serve warm.

Notes

These wraps keep well in the fridge for up to 3 days or can be frozen for up to 3 months. Serve with sides like sour cream, salsa, or avocado.
