Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • to taste g salt and pepper
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 12 pieces slider buns
Serving Condiments
  • to taste g ketchup
  • to taste g mustard
  • optional g pickles
  • optional g lettuce and tomato for topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small patties to fit the slider buns.
Cooking
  1. Cook the patties on a skillet or grill until browned and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  2. Place the patties on the bottom halves of the slider buns, sprinkle with cheddar cheese, and top with the other half of the buns.
  3. Arrange the sliders on a baking sheet and cover with foil.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes to melt the cheese.
Serving
  1. Serve with ketchup, mustard, and optional toppings like pickles, lettuce, and tomato.

Notes

Store any uneaten sliders in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze for about a month. Reheat in the oven for a few minutes before serving.
