Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 12 pieces red seedless grapes
  • 12 pieces green seedless grapes
  • 12-24 leaves arugula leaves (end of stem removed)
  • 12 cubes 1/2 inch cubes of Gouda cheese (or sub in your fave cheese) Feel free to swap out cheese varieties.
  • 3 slices prosciutto, cut into quarters
  • 4-5 inches long wooden appetizer toothpicks
  • to taste balsamic glaze For drizzling before serving.

Method
 

Assembly
  1. Wash the grapes and gently pat them dry.
  2. Thread one red grape onto a skewer, leaving a bit of space at the top.
  3. Fold 1-2 pieces of arugula in half and thread them on the skewer beneath the red grape.
  4. Skewer one cube of cheese and slide it underneath the arugula.
  5. Fold one small piece of prosciutto and slide it onto the skewer beneath the cheese cube.
  6. Finally, slide on a green grape beneath the prosciutto.
  7. Repeat the pattern with the remaining ingredients to make additional skewers.
  8. Before serving, drizzle with balsamic glaze, if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge. For optimal freshness, use parchment paper between layers to avoid squishing.
