Main ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef (or turkey) You can use beef or turkey based on your preference.
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables Feel free to use any mixed vegetables you like.
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup You can use a vegan version if desired.
  • 1 cup beef broth (or vegetable broth) Vegetable broth can be used for a vegetarian/vegan version.
  • 1 package ranch seasoning mix Alternatively, use taco seasoning for a Mexican twist.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
  2. Add the browned meat to the crockpot.
  3. Toss in the frozen veggies, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and ranch seasoning mix.
  4. Stir everything together until it’s well combined.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.

Notes

For a thicker sauce, add some cornstarch mixed with water towards the end of cooking. Ensure to mix everything well to avoid clumps of seasoning.
