Preparation
- Brown the meat in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Add the browned meat to the crockpot.
- Toss in the frozen veggies, cream of mushroom soup, beef broth, and ranch seasoning mix.
- Stir everything together until it’s well combined.
Cooking
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
For a thicker sauce, add some cornstarch mixed with water towards the end of cooking. Ensure to mix everything well to avoid clumps of seasoning.
