Ingredients
  

Pizza Dough
  • 1 1/8 cups Caputo Fioreglut gluten-free flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 3/4 teaspoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 5 1/4 ounces warm water
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil plus more for handling and brushing
Toppings
  • to taste Your favorite pizza toppings (sauce, shredded or sliced mozzarella cheese)

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, and stir until a dough forms.
Knead the Dough
  1. Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth.
Let It Rise
  1. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm spot.
Shape and Bake
  1. Preheat your oven.
  2. Roll out the dough into your desired pizza shape and add a light drizzle of olive oil.
  3. Top with sauce and cheese, then bake for about 12–15 minutes until the crust is golden and crispy.

Notes

Keep the dough warm while rising for a fluffy texture. Feel free to experiment with toppings and don't rush the baking process.
