Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1 can salmon (drained) Make sure to remove any bones.
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Can be substituted with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist.
  • 2 Tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 lemon zest and juice Adds zesty flavor.
  • 1/3 cup diced celery Including celery leaves for added flavor.
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 Tablespoons fresh parsley (minced) Don't skip this for added freshness.
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Drain and flake the salmon into a medium bowl.
  2. Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
  3. Stir to combine everything until it’s beautifully blended.
  4. Serve the salmon salad on bread, lettuce leaves, or crackers, and enjoy with fresh veggies on the side.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be made a few hours in advance.
