  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 8 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Method
 

Cooking Steps
  1. Season the steak tips with Cajun seasoning.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the seasoned steak tips and cook until browned and cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  6. Meanwhile, cook rigatoni according to package instructions; drain and add to the sauce.
  7. Toss the rigatoni in the creamy sauce.
  8. Add the cooked steak tips back into the skillet, mixing everything together.
  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. This dish can also be frozen—thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating. Consider adding sautéed mushrooms or bell peppers for extra flavor, or make it vegan by substituting the steak with mushrooms and using cashew cream.
