Ingredients
  

For the Chicken Marinade
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt to taste Salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
For the Sauce
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 onion onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 inch ginger, grated
  • 1 cup heavy cream
For Serving
  • Cilantro for garnish Use fresh cilantro
  • Naan or rice For serving

Method
 

Marination
  1. In a bowl, combine chicken, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and spices. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
Cooking
  1. In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger; sauté until the onion is translucent.
  2. Add the marinated chicken and cook until no longer pink.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  4. Garnish with cilantro and serve with naan or rice.

Notes

For best flavor, marinate the chicken longer. You can add chili powder for extra spice or substitute heavy cream with coconut milk for a lighter version. Feel free to add vegetables like spinach or bell peppers for extra nutrition.
