  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce Adjust to your heat preference
  • 1 head butter lettuce Or any large lettuce leaves
  • 1/4 cup light ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • 1/4 cup celery bits For crunch
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese Cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt Optional, for a creamier dressing
  • to taste hot sauce Optional, for an extra kick

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken with the buffalo sauce. Toss until the chicken is well coated.
  2. Take a butter lettuce leaf and carefully separate it from the head. Place it on a clean plate.
  3. Scoop a generous amount of the buffalo chicken mixture into the center of the lettuce leaf.
  4. Top with your choice of dressing, followed by celery bits for added crunch and shredded cheese.
  5. For extra zing, drizzle Greek yogurt-based dressing or add hot sauce.
  6. Carefully roll up the lettuce leaf to form a wrap, tucking in the sides as you go.
  7. Enjoy your buffalo chicken lettuce wrap immediately!

Notes

For a quick meal, use pre-cooked chicken. Marinate chicken in buffalo sauce for more flavor. Prepare buffalo chicken in advance but assemble wraps right before serving for freshness.
