  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese Be generous with the cheese.
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese Optional: use more cheese for extra cheesiness.
  • 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce Feel free to experiment with different wing sauces.
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning Don’t forget to season your filling.
Wrapper Ingredients
  • 12 pieces egg roll wrappers Follow package instructions for folding.
  • oil for frying, if needed Alternatively, use an air fryer.

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wrapper, and fold it according to package instructions.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly spray the egg rolls with oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  3. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Alternatively, fry them in hot oil or bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.

Notes

Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
