Preparation
- In a bowl, mix shredded rotisserie chicken, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, Buffalo sauce, and ranch seasoning until well combined.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a clean surface, place a spoonful of the chicken mixture on the wrapper, and fold it according to package instructions.
Cooking
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray the egg rolls with oil and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through. Alternatively, fry them in hot oil or bake at 425°F (220°C) for about 15-20 minutes until crispy.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days in an airtight container. For longer storage, freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
