Preparation
- Start with a large plate or small platter.
 - Spread the soft cheese evenly in the center, leaving about a 1/4 inch edge.
 - Evenly sprinkle the chopped tomatoes over the cheese.
 - Add the chopped fresh basil on top of the tomatoes.
 - Drizzle the balsamic glaze artfully over the entire plate.
 
Serving
- Serve with pita chips, crackers, or thin slices of baguette.
 
Notes
If you have leftovers, store in an airtight container in the fridge for 2-3 days. Refresh with a drizzle of balsamic glaze before serving.
