  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced Adjust to taste.
Dressing
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil High quality oil yields better flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons honey Adjust sweetness according to preference.
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar Can swap with apple cider vinegar.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Wash the mixed salad greens and place them in a large bowl.

Dressing
